I wanted to look at this painting and feel the sun setting upon the water. What better time to be on the water than dawn or dusk. I love to kayak and generally ignore the mid day rowing opportunities. But at daybreak, when when the sun first greets the world or with the gloaming of dusk - water becomes mesmerizing. It is the perfect time be in communion with it.
